About Our Candles
Q: What are your candles made from?
A: Our candles are made from 100% natural beeswax, blended with pure essential oils and premium fragrance oils. We use cotton braided wicks and natural candle dye for a clean, eco-friendly burn.
Q: Are your candles vegan?
A: Beeswax is a natural byproduct of honeybees, so it’s not strictly vegan. However, all our wax is ethically sourcedfrom local, sustainable beekeepers who prioritise bee welfare.
Q: Do your candles contain any toxins or additives?
A: No. Our candles are free from paraffin, synthetic fragrances, and harmful chemicals — just pure, natural ingredients
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days and delivered via Royal Mail, DPD or Evri within 3–5 working days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes — we offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £50.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, but we’re working on expanding internationally soon!
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: You can return unused candles within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, in line with UK consumer law.
Q: My candle arrived damaged — what should I do?
A: Please email us within 7 days at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
Q: Can I return a used or custom candle?
A: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for used, burned, or custom-made candles unless they are faulty.
Candle Care & Safety
Q: How should I burn my candle safely?
A: Always trim your wick to 5mm before lighting, burn on a stable surface, and never leave a candle unattended. See our Candle Safety & Care Guide for full instructions.
Q: My beeswax candle has a white film on top — is it normal?
A: Yes! That’s called bloom — a natural feature of pure beeswax. Simply polish the candle gently with a soft cloth to restore its shine.
Q: How long do your candles burn?
A: Burn time depends on size and shape, but our standard candles last approximately 30–50 hours with proper care.
Sustainability & Packaging
Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly?
A: Absolutely. We use recyclable, biodegradable, and plastic-free materials wherever possible — from our boxes to our candle wraps.
Q: How do you support bees and sustainability?
A: We source our beeswax from ethical UK beekeepers who follow sustainable practices and support healthy bee populations.
